Story
In the race for growth, CPG brands can lose sight of what’s holding them back. Accenture helps remove those barriers — creating the right operating models, infrastructure and digital tools to make space for growth in digital commerce.
The big idea
By expanding CPG products within the confines of physical sales environments, we illustrate the need for transformation. Without upgrading infrastructure to meet the needs of digital commerce, growth will always be limited.
